We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Product Availability

We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We are not liable for late delivery or non-delivery of an item. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Shipping & Delivery

Typically, your order will be processed in 1 business day, providing the item is in stock and payment is approved with a verified receiving address. All in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship items through United States Postal Service. After the order is dispatched from our office, delivery times will vary according to USPS. Items shipped can take 10-12 days for delivery, please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your item.

JC Media will charge for standard shipping unless notified otherwise. Express Shipping including postal insurance can be purchased as an additional charge at buyer’s request (Please note: Express Shipping will cost a minimum of $40)

Note: Items which you have requested to be personalized CANNOT be guaranteed to be delivered in any particular time frame as they are reliant on Jordan's availability. Therefore if you order a personalized item please order WELL IN ADVANCE to avoid disappointment.

Prints & Signing Cards

All prints and signing cards will be shipped with Standard First Class Mail and therefore no tracking number will be applicable. All prints and signing cards autographed by Jordan Carver are 100% authentic. Jordan Carver reserves the right to refuse any personalizations. Jordan Carver will not personalize distasteful or explicit message. If a personalization is refused then Jordan will modify the personalization as she see's fit (no refund will be given). Please consider this when ordering personalizations and do not order if you feel there is doubt or that you may be disappointed by this.
